1. Subscription Plans Overview
SpinZone offers the following paid subscription tiers:
Pro Plan — $24.99/month
Includes premium picks, advanced insights, exclusive casino deals, and priority community features.
VIP Plan — $49.99/month
Includes everything in Pro, plus VIP-exclusive content, early access to features, personal support, and enhanced community status.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You have not previously received a refund for a SpinZone subscription
- Your account is in good standing and has not been suspended for Terms violations
2.2 Prorated Refund (8–30 Days)
If you request a refund between 8 and 30 days after your subscription purchase, we may issue a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your current billing period, at our discretion.
2.3 No Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
- Renewal charges where the user did not cancel before the renewal date
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with third-party casino services linked from our Platform (we are not responsible for third-party services)
- Partial-month usage after a voluntary cancellation (your access continues until the end of the billing period)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include your registered email address and username
- Provide the date of the charge and the subscription plan
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed in the equivalent value at the time of refund approval, returned to the originating wallet address when possible
- Refund amounts are issued in the original currency of payment
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to your Account Settings on SpinZone
- Navigate to the Subscription section
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your SpinZone account
- Loss of eligibility for future refunds
- Potential collection proceedings for disputed amounts found to be valid
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly when contacted directly.
7. Free Trial and Promotional Offers
If SpinZone offers free trials or promotional pricing:
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled
- You will be notified before any charge is applied
- Promotional pricing refunds are based on the promotional price paid, not the regular price
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
